When using a telephone, slowly move the telephone along the hearing aid body. There will be a spot where the sound becomes louder and more clear. This is the location of microphone; continue to use the phone in this position.
Please note: The speaker function on your phone may also works well with your hearing aid. Try different programs for better results. If whistling occurs, try different positions until you discover what works best for you.
