Your MDHearing device is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the time you receive your order. Repairs and replacements are easy, simply contact Customer Service via phone or email for an RMA code.
Your MDHearing device is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the time you receive your order. If at our examination it is determined that the unit failed to work due to parts, materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it for free.
This warranty does not cover malfunctions due to unusual wear and tear or mistreatment of your hearing aid, such as physical shock, damage from moisture or sweat, excessive wax build-up, lack of proper maintenance, or tampering with the device, all of which void the warranty.
How to get service
If you require Warranty or Replacement Service, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code, instructions, and replacement costs (if applicable). RMA codes are a combination of words, letters, and numbers.

You may consider adding the MDShield Protection Plan for total coverage against accidental damage and coverage beyond the standard 1-year warranty. The MDShield Protection Plan provides 100% protection from ALL types of accidental damage, or anything else that may go wrong with the aid, including things not covered by the standard warranty (water damage, battery corrosion, stepping on the hearing aid, etc).
