MDShield Protection Plan
With the MDShield Protection Plan subscription, you are 100% protected against ALL defects, malfunctions, and accidental damage, including damage not covered by the initial 1-year warranty (such as water damage, stepping on the device, pet damage, etc.). You won't have to worry if your hearing aids get chewed up by your puppy, sucked up by the vacuum cleaner, or you accidentally wear them into the shower. We've got you covered.
MDShield Total Protection Plan
If you select the Total Protection Plan, your subscription will include loss protection and an appointment with a licensed hearing professional. Replacements for lost hearing aids are subject to a $49.95 fee per lost hearing aid. Appointment scheduling details are provided via email.

What does MDHearing do?
We will repair or replace any damage, defective, or malfunctioning part, or send you a brand new device at no charge.
What isn't covered by the Protection Plan?
Loss, theft, unauthorized repairs, and accessories are not covered by the standard Protection Plan. However, if you select the Total Protection Plan, loss is covered. Replacements for loss hearing aids are subject to a $49.95 fee per hearing aid.
Can I cancel the subscription at any time?
Yes, your coverage lasts until the subscription is canceled. To cancel your subscription, please contact customer support.
How do I get service?
If something goes wrong with your device, please contact customer support for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and return instructions. If it is necessary to send the device to us, you are responsible for postage and processing to MDHearing.
