In order to diagnose why your VOLT MAX is not holding a charge, you first need to verify that the charger itself has a charge. If properly connected to an electrical outlet, the middle light (LED2) on the charging case will be either blue to indicate that it’s charging or green to indicate that it’s fully charged.
Once you have verified the charger is working properly, place each aid in its respective charging station with the program button facing the outside of the case. The left aid should go in the left charging slot and the right aid should go in the right charging slot.
If the aids are properly inserted into the charger, you will see the corresponding lights on the left side (LED1) and the right side (LED3) of the charger light up. A blue light indicates the aids are charging and the green light indicates the aids are fully charged.
It may take up to 90 minutes to fully charge. On average, a full charge lasts about 15 hours.
If all of the above steps have been completed and you are still having trouble with your aids holding a charge, please contact customer support.
