A remote adjustment request allows our hearing specialists to adjust the sound settings for you remotely via the MDHearing app. If you are not completely satisfied with the sound after having completed the hearing personalization, simply submit a remote adjustment request letting us know the issue you are facing and a specialist will remotely adjust your hearing profile.

- The volume is too soft or too loud.
- Sound may seem tinny or muffled to you, and voices do not sound crisp and clear.
- Background noise is either too distracting or too much is getting filtered out.
- Other questions or problems you would like solved.
How to submit a remote adjustment request
- Open the MDHearing app and go to the “Support” tab at the bottom of the screen.
- From here, you can open a new Remote Adjustment request, view the status of an open request, or get support via phone or email.
- To open a new remote adjustment, click on "Open a new request".
- If a notifications message appears, click "Allow".
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the questionnaire. This will help us identify the issue.
- Once you've completed the request, it will be evaluated by an MDHearing specialist and you should receive an updated profile in 1-3 business days. If the specialist has additional questions, they will contact you.
- If you have enabled notifications, you will receive an notification on your smart device when the new profile is ready.
